Since 2010 I have been the Technical Director for Neglia Ballet's production of The Nutcracker which is produced annually at Shea's Theatre in downtown Buffalo. The venue is the major Roadhouse in the region and is under IATSE Union contract. From 2010-2014 I led scenic enhancements, and since I have been overseeing all aspects of the rebuild of scenery. Each year selected students are involved in this production and have paid opportunities to work alongside and often leading professionals for the build and run.
