The build process for both exhibits spanned over many months. The research, prototypes, feasibility studies, and cost estimation happened over the 2018 summer. When the students arrived back in Fall 2018 most structural design and material selection was complete. The students drafted the working drawings from my concepts and we met regularly for revisions until build began in November.
